As an organization dedicated to pro-life advocacy and student outreach on campus, a big part of being a missionary revolves around teaching communication strategies, collaborating with a vision-driven team in strategic planning, and navigating challenging conversations. During weekly strategy meetings, we are constantly being driven in professional development and operational planning.

During my time living at Stratford, I worked with other residents to manage kitchen operations and supply chain logistics for over 25 residents. Through teaching residents about cooking techniques and safety, I served as a primary liason for resident communication.
